Take a relaxing boat ride on the lake, explore the beautiful Shangrila Resort, and enjoy the serene views of the surrounding valley. You can also visit the nearby Shangrila Resort, which has a unique, picturesque building built in the shape of a plane. Next, head to Upper Kachura Lake, located around 30 minutes away from Lower Kachura. This lake is quieter and less crowded, surrounded by towering mountains and trees, offering a more peaceful experience. Enjoy a scenic trek or walk along the shore, capturing the beauty of this lesser-known gem. The lake is often referred to as the "Blue Pearl" of Skardu due to its striking blue color. Activities: You can take a short hike around the lake or simply relax and enjoy the breathtaking landscape. After visiting the lakes, head to Soq Valley, which is known for its lush green landscapes and scenic views. This valley is lesser-known but offers a tranquil retreat with its beautiful rivers and villages.
