Itinerário dia a dia
- Individual journey via Glasgow (approx. 150 km, approx. 2.5 hours) or Edinburgh (approx. 185 km, approx. 3 hours). You then drive through the wild mountain world of the Trossachs. On the way, you have the opportunity to visit Inveraray Castle. The magnificent castle, built in 1743, has an extraordinary interior and spacious outdoor areas (optional). On the route between Kilmartin and Nether Largie, you can stop at the Nether Largie Cairns burial chambers (optional) from the Bronze Age and Neolithic period. In Kilmartin House Museum there are changing exhibitions and you can learn more about the archaeologically very valuable region. Continue to the coast to the lively tourist town of Oban, which offers many stores, restaurants and cafés as well as one of Scotland's most famous single malt distilleries (optional). 2 nights in the Oban region.
