The Manaslu Circuit Trek will usually see you on the trail for 5 to 6 hours every day. There will be some days where you will trek for between 8 to 10 hours, and at high altitudes it will be more physically demanding with lower levels of oxygen. Despite the physical demands on you, there is an ample reward of being able to view 14 massive peaks of 8000 meters plus. The mountain views will leave you spell-bound. It is important that you are physically fit and in pretty good health to be able to complete this trek. The Manaslu Circuit trek is in terrain that is unspoiled and affords you magnificent views of Mt. Manaslu (8,163m), also known as “The Spirit Mountain.” The trail circles Mt. Manaslu, the world’s 8th highest mountain. In recent times this destination has become more popular and is now a favourite among trekkers who would normally head out to Everest Base Camp, Annapurna or Langtang.
Sherpa Expedition Teams will take care of all the paperwork, such as permits and will arrange for all meals and accommodation on the trek.

This morning at around 5:30 am your guide will pick you up from your hotel for our road trip to Soti Khola. The first four hours we drive on sealed roads, but after arriving at Dhading Bensi (1050m) the road is unsealed and more jarring as it heads to Arughat and Soti Khola, the district headquarters of the Dhading district.
